St Wilfrid’s RC College is seeking a proactive Behaviour Support Officer to help students achieve positive behavioural outcomes. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families to promote a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
The role involves early intervention, consistent support, and targeted strategies to help students develop self-regulation and fully engage in their education. An Enhanced DBS is required, and safeguarding remains a priority.
