. This opportunity is available on a temporary basis.

You main responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, play-based learning, and daily routines.
  • Providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children feel supported and valued.
  • Assisting with personal care, communication, and emotional wellbeing while promoting independence.
  • Working alongside the Early Years team to observe progress, support individual needs, and contribute to planning activities.
Requirements or skills:
  • Experience working with young children in an Early Years, nursery, or school setting.
  • A caring, patient, and supportive approach with a passion for helping children learn and develop.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, child development, and creating inclusive learning environments.
