Milk Education is recruiting a Learning Confidence Mentor to support pupils in welcoming Primary Schools, starting in September. The role helps children build self-esteem, resilience and engagement in learning, with a focus on confidence building and positive attitudes toward education.
Ideal candidates include graduates or experienced support staff with a passion for helping children succeed and a willingness to work within SEND, SEMH and language needs.
