The Fund, administered by South Tyneside Council, invites applications for an Independent Person to contribute independent governance and assurance across LGPS activities. You will work with the LGPS Senior Officer and the Pensions Committee to influence decision‑making, scrutinise complex advice and build trusted relationships across the Fund's governance framework.
The appointment is for three years from 1 January 2027, typically 15–25 days per year including committee attendance, training
