Human Support Group is recruiting a Living Made Easy Assessor for the South Tyneside area. The role involves working from our branch and in the community to help people stay independent and safe in their own homes.
You will assess new reablement referrals, identify equipment needs, and work with the Local Authority and our team to provide practical solutions. Training will be provided to ensure competence before ordering equipment.
