South Tyneside Council is seeking caring Reablement Workers on a casual basis at Borrowdale House in South Tyneside. You will work with therapy and support leads to deliver person-centred, therapy-led reablement plans and risk assessments, helping people regain independence after hospital stays.
A typical shift supports daily routines, rebuilds confidence, and may involve administering medication where required. Flexibility across days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
