Full training is provided.
KEY DUTIES
* 1st line IT Support and telephone support, responding to and resolving colleague queries in a timely manner. This will include in-person and remote support as required.
* Management of own workload including assigned tickets in the help desk system. You'll be a product expert, able to spot fixes and recommend additional products that could save them time and effort.
* Contribute to colleague training initiatives for both software and hardware and provide technical support as needed.
