In this role, you'll help ensure our products are fresh, tasty, and readily available while delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll prepare beverages, maintain excellent store standards, and support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. You'll also take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager's absence, making decisions and motivating the team to deliver great results every day.

• Lead and inspire the team by supervising daily operations, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues to deliver great results while supporting their training and development.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by building a welcoming atmosphere, delivering outstanding service, and helping customers discover products they'll love.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records.
