I am looking for a Plumber to work on behalf of the council in the South Shields area. The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of plumbing work in domestic properties.
£19 - £20 P/H Depending on experience (Umbrella or CIS)
Long run of work
- Reactive maintenance on domestic properties
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday
- 2nd fix maintenance to a high standard
- CSCS card
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Driving license
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in plumbing
