Job Overview
The Sales Manager supports East Asia customer accounts, driving strong relationships, account performance and customer satisfaction across global markets. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, coordinating orders, documentation and program requirements while working closely with operations, FSQA, logistics and internal sales teams to ensure smooth execution. The Sales Manager oversees account setup, monitors shipments, monitors performance metrics, supports customer visits/audits and ensures compliance with international trade requirements.
The position requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
