This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

Customer Account Associate
. In this role, you will provide first-class customer service over the phone or via email to our insureds. Responsibilities include leveraging your administrative and problem-solving abilities to process payments, answer billing inquiries and reinforce Great West’s value to drive renewals and direct billing, and deliver upon the promise of our company standard:"The Difference is Service."

Hours for this shift will be: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build client relationships through effective phone and written communication.
• Experience working in insurance preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving mentality.
