Join Great West Casualty Company as a Customer Account Associate. This hybrid role offers three days in the office and two days remote, with Monday‑Friday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Provide first‑class customer service over the phone or via email to insured drivers.
• Process payments, answer billing inquiries, and reinforce Great West’s value to drive renewals and direct billing.
• Deliver upon the company standard: "The Difference is Service."

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build client relationships through effective phone and written communication.
• Experience working in insurance preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a dynamic team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mentality.
