Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT, maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients, delivering quality patient care, supervising Rehab Techs when required, and managing cases. Uphold professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service, adhering to all regulations.
Essential Duties:- Optimize patients’ functional abilities under OT supervision.
- Develop and strengthen the occupational therapy assistant program.
- Enhance clinical, professional, and management skills through collaboration and ongoing education.
- Maintain valid state licensure and stay informed on relevant issues.
- Understand billing, treatment guidelines, and delivery modes to provide quality, compliant care.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively in English, including instructions, reports, and documentation.
