Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and document vital signs and other routine care information
Assist residents with mobility and transfers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
Current CNA certification in Nebraska
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work the evening schedule and rotating weekends
Skills:
Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
You hold a current Nebraska CNA certification. You thrive providing compassionate evening care to residents. You can reliably work evenings, weekends, and document accurately
