YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in South Sioux City, NE to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well maintained while assisting with home deliveries and warranty follow-up.
You will interact with residents, respond to service requests and inspections, and participate in safety meetings. A valid in-state driver’s license and a HS diploma are preferred; HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience is a plus.
