Heartland Family Service seeks a Residential Navigator (daytime) for the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center in Papillion, NE. This role supports stabilization plans, engages clients, and reinforces coping strategies while maintaining a safe, structured environment.
Two years of direct care experience in human services or a related bachelor’s degree is preferred. The schedule is 40 hours weekly, Sunday through Saturday with daytime shifts.
