The City of South St. Paul is hiring for a full-time Deputy Executive Director of the HRA. This position will oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of the city’s two federally assisted public high-rise buildings, including operational, financial, and administrative leadership of the HRA.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, housing administration, public administration, finance, or a closely related field.

Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in public housing administration, affordable housing, or related governmental housing programs. - Demonstrated knowledge of public housing programs, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior supervisory experience.
