We invite applications for the LPN - Part Time Days - River Heights - South St Paul role at Vivie
. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling with 32 hours per pay period on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Part time – 32 hours per pay period on every Wednesday & Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (flexible on hours). Training & orientation hours will be approximately 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. until training is completed.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly rate: $27.50–$31.50 per hour (non‑exempt). Sign‑on bonus: $2,000. Comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, flexible scheduling and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities- Monitor resident health and document changes; update the Plan of Care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct client care – administer medications, record physician orders, maintain organized med carts and nursing stations.
- Communicate with residents and families – educate about medications and treatments, and offer support during difficult times.
- Lead and support – supervise Nursing Assistants, offering guidance, instruction and mentorship.
- Other duties as assigned; duties listed are non‑exclusive.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
- CPR certification within six months of hire.
- Experience with seniors in long‑term care, home care or assisted living settings preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
- Physical capability to perform job duties.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Ability to pass state‑mandated background check.
