• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams

• Properly complete paperwork
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record

• Have or be willing to obtain the proper certifications. We can help with this

• HVAC repair and service experience required
• NATE certification
• Mechanically inclined
• Comfortable making recommendations about needed repairs and replacement services
• Ability to present pricing to customers and collect payment on site
• Team player
• Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business
• Clean motor vehicle record

* Looking to get into the trades but do not have a License? Consider applying for Drain Service Technician or Parts Delivery/Field Support Specialist to gain experience across trades.
