Irrigation Crew Lead |S. St. Paul, MN

Position Overview

CLS Irrigation Technician Crew lead is responsible for overseeing a crew that will be enhancing the appearance and value of client properties through the skilled installation, maintenance, and operation of irrigation systems, including regulating moisture levels, diagnosing and repairing system components, managing various irrigation equipment, excavating for maintenance, and executing start‑up and winterization procedures. This is a seasonal position, depending on the regional location.

Job Duties

• Oversee a team of crew members.
• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems.
• Safely operate, drive, and maintain vehicles and equipment. Program, repair, and configure timers.
• Maintain job records, complete work orders, and document time and materials used.
• Provide clients with excellent customer service.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and work procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to work in the field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to operate equipment as a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driver for specific vehicles or equipment.
• Ability to complete required safety courses upon முன
• Ability to complete Davey Career Development Program (CDP) books.
• Valid Driver’s License. Class B CDL valuable, but not required.
• Experience with computers or tablets.
• Have experience leading a crew.
