We're looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Finance team and help ensure colleagues are paid accurately and on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with payroll or administration experience who enjoys working collaboratively, supporting others, and delivering great service.

What You'll Be Doing

* Supporting the end-to-end payroll process using Miracle Pay

* Assisting with payroll queries and employee requests

* Processing overtime, allowances and deductions

* Supporting statutory payments, pensions and year-end activities

* Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance

* Contributing to payroll administration and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

* Payroll or payroll administration experience

* Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills

* Strong attention to detail and organisation

* A proactive approach and willingness to learn

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
