Smile Education partners with a welcoming primary school in Essington to place a committed Year 1/2 Teaching Assistant as soon as possible. This full‑time, long‑term role offers the chance to make a genuine difference every day.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups
• Help create a positive, fun and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage independence, confidence and a love of learning
• Assist with classroom management, resources and displays
• Promote the school’s values and contribute to the wider school community

• Enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about working with young children
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Confident supporting early literacy and numeracy
• Patient, nurturing and proactive in the classroom
• Experienced in a similar role or eager to learn and grow in a supportive school setting

Level 2/Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning or Childcare.
