Pay Range: $25-32

* What are the main functions of this role?
o Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems in alignment with Raytheon EHS Management Systems Policies and Procedures
o Ensure system documentation (policies, procedures, work instructions, records) is current, accurate, and controlled.
o Partnering within and outside of EH&S to manage the EH&S website to ensure information is up to date.
o Developing and disseminating EH&S communications throughout the Tucson region.
o Define and manage EHS performance metrics and dashboards.
o Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
o Prepare reports for leadership reviews and management system meetings.
o Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and other functions to develop EH&S council presentations and define an EH&S council structure
o Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.

* Required Skill Sets:
o Knowledge and ability to apply OSHA regulations and ANSI Standards.
o

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software platforms
o Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects and programs in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate effective prioritization and implementation skills.
o Be flexible to accept additional assignments, campaigns and rotations to other EH&S programs.

* Desired Skill Sets:
o Knowledge of Enablon EH&S software.
o Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP).
o Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)

* Years of Experience Required (if any):
o Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

* Education Level

Required:

o Bachelor's Degree

* How will the contractor's success be measured? (Quantifiable measurements):
o 100% audit-ready documentation available in Microsoft Share Point
o An accurate, user-friendly Tucson EH&S website
o A defined EH&S council architecture in the Tucson region
