Maths Teacher

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Maths Teacher to join our secondary school team on a long-term temporary basis, starting as soon as possible and continuing for the rest of the academic year
. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping pupils develop strong mathematical skills and confidence.

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
• Monitor, assess and report on student progress and attainment.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning for all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support each child’s development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management and excellent subject knowledge as Maths Teacher.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
