£25,989 pa pro rata

Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 1.00pm
Situated on the Lawe Top in South Shields, Hadrian Primary is a successful school with 235 children on roll.

- Exhibits excellent people management skills.
We seek to appoint a highly organised and enthusiastic School Office Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office, providing administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and supporting the welfare of both pupils and families.
- Handling enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Maintaining pupil records and monitoring attendance, working alongside the school attendance champion and SENCO.
Additional hours in overtime may be available with this post.
