St Wilfrid’s RC College in South Tyneside is seeking a proactive Pastoral Lead to support students’ personal, social and academic outcomes.
You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, families and external agencies to promote wellbeing, attendance and engagement in school life, and to deliver early intervention and targeted support that helps learners overcome barriers and build resilience.
