The Behaviour Support Officer role at St Wilfrid’s RC College is a permanent, term-time position. You will support students with behavioural and personal development, working with teaching staff, pastoral teams and families to foster a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment.
Early intervention and targeted strategies will help pupils engage fully in their education. Applicants should be resilient, patient and empathetic; enhanced DBS checks are mandatory.
