Whitburn Church of England Academy invites applications for two Inclusion Support Assistants to join our Pastoral Team. You will work under a Pastoral Year Leader to support student wellbeing and conduct, communicating with parents and carers as needed.
This is a permanent post with 37 hours per week, term-time only, starting September 2026. We seek compassionate, empathetic staff who can de-escalate situations, uphold school policy, and contribute to a caring, inclusive Anglican academy
