Weekend Reablement at Home Support Workers Needed 🌟

Shifts:

• AM: 07:00 – 15:30

• PM: 13:30 – 22:00

Are you looking for a meaningful weekend-only role where you can make a real difference in your community? We’re recruiting Reablement at Home Support Workers to join our dedicated team, helping people regain independence and confidence after a decline in health.
As part of our Reablement at Home service, you’ll visit individuals in their own homes, supporting them to rebuild everyday skills and live life to the fullest.

What’s on Offer
4 x Weekend Reablement at Home Support Worker positions
Weekend shifts only:

AM: 07:00 – 15:30
PM: 13:30 – 22:00
A rewarding role where no two days are the same
Initial 4 month contract, with possibility of extension
16 hours per week
Full UK manual driving licence is essential (community visits required)

Able to work weekends, with occasional evenings and bank holidays if needed

What You’ll Need
Two satisfactory references
A current DBS disclosure
A full UK manual driving licence (essential)
