Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Voids Cleaner to join a housing provider's team in the Redhill area of Surrey on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of preparing empty properties to a high standard. You will be responsible for deep cleaning homes between tenancies, ensuring they are clean, safe and ready for new residents to move in.

Working as part of a wider property and trades team, you will need to be organised, reliable and flexible, with the ability to work independently while supporting colleagues when required.

• Carry out general cleaning duties across empty residential properties.
• Sweep, hoover, mop, dust and polish surfaces throughout properties.
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms and other areas to ensure homes are ready for re-letting.
• Use cleaning equipment and materials safely, following relevant health and safety procedures.
• Record completed work and materials used accurately using handheld IT devices.
• Work alongside other trades and property teams to meet deadlines and maintain a high standard of service.
• Manage workloads effectively and adapt to changing priorities as required.

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within domestic, commercial or housing environments.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and take responsibility for completing tasks.
• Flexible approach to workloads and working collaboratively with other teams.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to delivering a high-quality cleaning service.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo DBS clearance.
