Store Manager - Costa

As Store Manager, you’ll know it’s about putting people first. You’ll turn every visit into a standout experience, running your store like it’s yours and building the winning culture we’re aiming for. At Costa, you’ll lead the charge, getting your team fired up to deliver a memorable service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

• Calm, decisive, and focused when the pace picks up
