Sales Engineer Reigate £40,000–£45,000 up to 10% bonus

Are you a technically minded sales professional with a passion for engineering and complex technical products?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aSales Engineer to join a growing team in Reigate, selling sophisticated electromechanical products used withinR&D and scientific environments.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business while managing and growing existing customer relationships from handling technical enquiries and quotations through to identifying new opportunities, upselling and closing sales.

We’re looking for someone with2 years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within similar complex engineering environment. Experience working with bothnew and existing clients from a sales perspectiveis essential.

• £40,000–£45,000 salary
• Up to 10% annual bonus
• Hybrid working available after a 6-month on-site probation
• International exposure and approximately 20% travel
• Opportunity to work with engineers and leading R&D organisations
• A varied role combining technical expertise, relationship management and business development

• 2 years’ technical sales experience within engineering or a related sector
• Proven experience selling complex technical solutions
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• A degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• CRM experience and a commercially driven approach
• Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
