Salary £22ph Van & Fuel Card
Location Crawley - Croydon
Environment Housing Maintenance
The CompanyHousing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. This contract will consist of Care Home’s or social housing properties on a void and responsive basis. Property maintenance works, Carpentry, Wet Trades, Plumbing.
The Role- Multi Trade - Carpentry biased or wet trades biased.
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
- Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
- Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
- 25 Days annual leave Bank Holidays (If you go permanent after probation)
