Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday)

Lead expert on anti‑social behaviour and tenancy enforcement. Work with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to resolve cases of nuisance, harassment, domestic abuse, hate crime, and other tenancy breaches.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and practical support to Neighbourhood and Communities Managers and coaches during investigations.
- Build strong relationships with agencies such as the Police and Social Services to promote a multi‑agency approach.
- Lead and participate in complex case conferences.
- Prepare legal paperwork, issue cases to court and understand Civil Court Procedure Rules.
- Experience in social housing or a related profession.
- Proven ability in tenancy enforcement and managing ASB cases.
- Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
- Resilient, impartial, and able to balance empathy with enforcement.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Your previous experience may be in roles such as Neighbourhood Coach, Housing Enabler, estate management, tenancy officer, amongst others.
