We are looking to recruit a Youth Justice Service Officer to support young people in achieving their full potential when subject to either formal Court Orders or diversionary measures in the form of Out of Court Resolutions.

Working directly with young people and their families, you will be able to undertake formal assessments and deliver researched interventions whilst keeping the well-being needs of young people who offend at the center of your work. This is a challenging role in a fast paced environment requiring skill, organisation, and resilience to meet the varied and conflicting needs of both families and the service.

This is a time of change for Youth Justice Services and as we focus on a more preventative and integrated approach, you should be able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adopt a Child First approach in everything that you do.
