Caretaker – 21 hours per week (Boldon Community Association)
£25,989 per annum (pro rata)
Hours of WorkMonday to Thursday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Responsibilities- Provide caretaking services within the Community Centre and Boldon Village Hall, including cleaning.
- Operate heating and lighting systems.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance.
