Class 2 Driver

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Boldon Colliery who are looking for a Class 2 driver.

Please note: this role will be a mix of Class 2, 7.5t and van work. This can be a trunk run or local multidrop with handball.

This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

• Multidrop delivery around the North East
• Trunk runs
• Physically demanding role with handball
• Reading orders and ensuring the clients receive the right items
• Class 2 driver

• Monday to Friday
• One in 3 weekends rota'd in
• 0700 start
• Finish times vary as some days will require larger deliveries than others

• Class 2 driver licence
• Valid Driver Card (Digi Tacho Card)
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC)
• No DD/DR/IN endorsements
• Maximum of 6 points
• Flexibility for client needs could be driving a range of class of vehicles depending on role

• £14.00 per hour
• Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift
• PAYE
