Scope of JobWe seek applicants who are dedicated to serving The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley’s diverse student body as a Clinical Assistant Professor or Lecturer I of the Department of Health and Biomedical Sciences beginning in the academic year.

Minimum Qualifications- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in nursing, healthcare administration and/or healthcare leadership or
- Doctor of Education (EdD) in nursing, healthcare administration and/or healthcare leadership or
- Doctor of Health Science ( DHS ) or
- Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science ( DCLS , DMLS )
- OR
- Other doctoral degree or medical doctorate (MD/DO) AND 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in healthcare administration, healthcare leadership, and/or medical/clinical laboratory science with MLS CM credentials AND 3 years work experience in healthcare leadership/administration or a health profession
