• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers
• Enter sales orders received via phone, email, or sales rep
• Communicate with customers through various channels regarding shipping, invoices and back orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge
• Responsible for servicing and supporting existing accounts
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and co-workers
• Run a variety of daily and weekly reports
• Manage a large volume of inbound calls and orders
• Assist CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports

• Strong customer service skills both in person and virtually
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office experience

• Track record of high performance in a fast-paced environment
• Proven customer service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Inbound and outbound call experience
• Infor experience preferred
