• Own and drive engineering changes and product improvements.
• Be the go‑to problem solver across engineering, operations, and service.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives - we aim for zero defects!
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and our in‑house teams to make good things even better.
• Bonus points if you bring EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) know‑how!

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment - this is a must.
• Working knowledge of 3‑D modeling using Solid Works.
• Strong understanding of product development, quality, and lean principles.
• ERP and Microsoft Office skills (Infor Syte Line experience is a plus).
• A “can‑do” attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.

Environment: Onsite mix of office and manufacturing floor
