Join our Customer Communications Division in South Windsor, CT, as a Lead Digital Press Operator! In this role, you will perform all aspects of digital press and in‑line finishing activities, with a focus on production work, equipment maintenance, and leadership responsibilities.

• Shift: LWN – Wednesday to Friday with alternate Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Compensation: $20–$24.20 per hour + Annual Bonus

• Monitor workflow and ensure the department meets customer SLAs.
• Assume supervision responsibilities in their absence.
• Operate inkjet printers (4‑color process at 200 mpm).
• Run two printers at a time, including OCE Jet Stream and Color Stream printers.
• Set up and operate printers efficiently according to established procedures.
• Perform quality checks and complete paperwork accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Notify supervisors of any equipment or timing issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior informal or formal leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience with cut‑sheet laser and continuous inkjet full‑color printing.
• Preferred experience on OCE/Canon Jetstream or Color stream printers.
• Previous Xerox Igen or Konica cut‑sheet laser printing experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi‑task and operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with keen attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
