CNC Manufacturing Engineer​/Programmer

Full time job opening for an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer/Programmer with strong NX skills and a solid background in CNC manufacturing, tooling, and process optimization.

• Develop efficient CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixtures
• Create programs in NX
• Improve workflows, reduce cycle times, and eliminate waste
• Partner with design engineering on DFM
• Lead troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
• Support equipment, tooling, and technology selection

• 5+ years in CNC machining & process engineering
• CNC programming, setup, and operation
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading
• Metrology and measurement systems
• Lean manufacturing & process improvement

• Degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering
• PC‑DMIS CMM or automation experience
• Firearms or other high‑precision manufacturing experience
• ERP/MRP familiarity (Epicor preferred)
• Six Sigma / AS9100 / ISO 9001 background
