Job Overview

Position:
Restaurant Manager – Shake Shack

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly team members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e., purchasing, receiving, inventory).
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.

• At least one year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Starting Hourly Rate couvrir: $20.94 – $24.94
