Commercial Building Sales Specialist

Engineering Services and Products Company (ESAPCO) is looking for a Commercial Building Sales Specialist. Established in 1979, ESAPCO manufactures Clear Span Structures and Grow Span Greenhouses with over 30,000 products distributed through direct marketing, online stores, and lead‑generation websites.

• Field initial inquiries from prospective customers interested in Clear Span Buildings, Fabric Buildings, Metal Buildings, and related equipment.
• Create orders for structures that include all necessary accessories.
• Close sales and exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers in a team environment.
• Effectively multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify and present solutions at all levels of the sales cycle.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Base salary plus weekly commission. Average first‑year earnings range between $70,000 and $80,000, with potential to earn over $200,000 in subsequent years.
