This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in South Windsor, CT. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving membership sales, engaging with potential and current members, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a welcoming and inspiring community environment. Additionally, the role includes consulting with members to understand their fitness goals and offering tailored solutions that align with Club Studio’s programs and services.
The candidate will regularly meet sales targets and work closely with the team to enhance the member experience.
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and consulting potential members
- Strong focus on Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse client base
- Motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Prior experienceمير in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting health and wellness
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a bonus
