Ticket Network Campus is looking for a qualified facilities technician to join the facilities team in maintaining the commercial, industrial and residential properties. The facilities team works on various projects including new construction, maintenance, and working the grounds which include large vegetable gardens, orchards, and our own animal sanctuary. We are looking for someone that is motivated and looking to continue growing their abilities on our facilities team.

Electrical apprenticeship under licensed electrician is offered through this position.

• Able to inspect and troubleshoot building systems, provide clear reports, or resolve issues as needed.
• Updating maintenance logs on PC and basic computer knowledge, able to read and send emails.
• Perform regular maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Set up and break down office furniture and company events.
• Groundskeeping including regular lawn care, snow removal, and basic landscaping.
• Communicating clearly with managers to provide updates on daily tasks and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training a plus.
• Prior trade experience needed.
• Basic knowledge in hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects over 50 lbs.
• Able to work in heat or cold.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy needed.
• OSHA certified a plus.

• Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Work may be indoors or outdoors.
• May require night and weekend shifts.
