Budget preparation & assistance with various budgets
Preparing monthly Operations Reports
Management fees, dividends and tax calculations
Compiling month end Dreyersdal packs
Sundry Factory / Distribution cost monthly analysis & processing
Updating Waste, R/kg, tonnage, gainshare schedules monthly
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
Update & Completing - Distribution & African Closure Income statements
Capex capitalising/scrapping assets, monthly depreciation
Calculations, reconciling, posting HPs, update monthly HP schedule
Journal preparation and processing
General housekeeping and filing
Any other ad hoc related duties when required

Qualifications and exprience:

Accounting Degree with minimum 3 years work experience
Be highly computer literate (Excel)
SAP experience or knowledge would be advantageous
Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
Able to work flexible working hours (overtime when/if needed)
Able to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines
Confident, independent person who is a fast learner and a team player
Assertive, logical thinker and strong relationship building skills
Be enthusiastic, positive and self-energised
An ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
