Will include but not be limited to the following:

• Key customer account maintenance, Key supplier daily summaries and GRN processing
• Processing of approved credit notes.
• Verification and payment process of weekly and monthly creditors
• Bookkeeping up to Trial balance including Month-end balance sheet account reconciliations
• Assistance with all bookkeeping and accounting tasks as periodically may be necessary.
• VAT Reconciliation and Return preparation.
• Review weekly Accounts Receivable reconciliations, and oversee and guide Financial Assistant
• Maintain customer price lists on Sage, load daily customer price deals
• Drive 20-Keys reporting in support of Snr Financial Accountant
• Direct support to Snr Financial Accountant and Cost Accountant

• Relevant degree or professional qualification;
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA training contract,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Sage ERP an advantage
