Makosi is partnering with a leading South African audit client and is looking for experienced Audit Seniors to support their upcoming busy season, with contracts expected to commence in August/September.

• Completed SAICA articles
• Audit Senior-level experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards
• Experience leading audit engagements and managing client relationships
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Own reliable transport
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Available to work onsite at client premises for the duration of the project
• Available to commence in August/September and commit to a fixed-term contract for the busy season

• Lead and execute audit engagements across a portfolio of clients
• Perform audit planning, risk assessments, and audit testing procedures
• Review working papers and ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards
• Liaise directly with clients and engagement managers throughout the audit process
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Assist with the timely delivery of audit engagements during peak season
