• Accounting System on Syspro 8
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Cash book – bank/petty cash
• General Ledger to Trial Balance
• Sales Orders Invoicing
• Inventory
• Purchase Orders
• Work in progress
• Requirements Planning
• Bill of Materials Calendar updates on work Centers
• Excel (Advanced)
• Supplier Reconciliation
• Payment lists
• General Ledger Journals
• General Ledger Reconciliations
• Monthly VAT schedule update
• VAT Recons to balance sheet with General Ledger and VAT
  201
• Budget Forecast for provisional tax calculation every 6 months
• Annual Income Tax provision schedule
• Asset Register
• RMA declaration
• Commission payout calculation
• Salary Leave days – Leave bonus calculations
• Checking Time Sheets for labour broker for weekly paid employees
• Wages, Leave and Bonus calculations
• Price Updates
• Inspection Labour Department
• Proforma Invoices and reconciliation
• Inventory stock take and cycle counts

Requirements:

• Must have BCOM Accounting together with SAICA or SAIPA
• 10 Years experience in similar role
• MUST have Syspro working experience
• Experience with in Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage
